The Springfield pub (now fondly known as The House of Commons) is due for demolition in Q2 2020, in its place will sit a state of the art suite of student apartments to meet the needs of the ever growing local University.

These suites will feature high speed broadband, disabled access and a communal area to provide a social and study environment for its residents.
