Peter has recently managed two coastal developments, the first in Skinningrove, North Yorkshire being a collection of townhouses and executive apartments just a 2 minute walk from one of the UK's most beautiful beaches.

The development was finished in 2019 with 3 of the 4 houses being promptly snapped up upon entering the market. The apartments are available to rent as holiday lets, bringing tourism to the town from beach goers and families looking to explore the beautiful coastline.

Peter's second development is in Marske-by-the-Sea. here Peter has showcased his visionary design aptitude, converting the site of the dilapidated working mens club into an exclusive residential estate which boasts 4 high end, semi-detached 5 bedroom homes and a collection of executive apartments.
