Peter is responsible for overseeing this exciting residential development in the heart of Acklam. The current club house being in a state of disrepair is being replaced with a new, modern facility with a portion of the disused and derelict adjacent land being repurposed to accommodate a development of 2 and 3 bedroom homes. With a growing population, the development will be seen as welcome news for residents of Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas.
